Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

1. Overview

VOD Review is a one time purchase desktop software application.

We offer a limited refund window to ensure customers can evaluate the software while protecting against abuse and fraud.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • Total usage of the software is under 2 hours
  • The license has not been transferred between devices
  • The license has not been revoked for violation of the Terms of Service

If these conditions are not met, the purchase is considered final.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.

We do not issue refunds through external payment platforms.

Once a refund is issued:

  • The associated license will be immediately revoked
  • Access to the software will be terminated

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed through your bank or payment provider:

  • The associated license will be permanently revoked
  • Access to the software will be terminated

Filing a fraudulent dispute may result in the dispute being formally contested.

We encourage customers to contact support before initiating a chargeback.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact:

support@vodreview.app

Include:

  • The email address used at purchase
  • The license key
  • The reason for the request

Refund eligibility will be verified using license activation and usage records.

6. Final Sale Conditions

Refunds are not available:

  • After 7 days from purchase
  • After 2 hours of total usage
  • If the license has been transferred between devices
  • If the license has been revoked for abuse, fraud, or violation of Terms
